The price includes the cost of collecting the items from your home. As soon as you place the order you will be contacted to agree on the collection date. The shipment is tracked.
The number of objects that can be inserted inside the letter varies based on their size and the size of the letter. If everything does not fit, you will be contacted to decide which object to exclude and which to include. Those excluded will be sent back together with the completed creation.
The addition of the lamp will have a supplement of €10.
IMPORTANT! The objects once inserted into the resin are permanent, they cannot be removed.
The dried flowers will be combined based on the background color you choose, for example if you choose the light blue color, light blue, blue, white flowers will be inserted.

Flowers may vary based on model availability. It is underlined that they are real and dried they may have small imperfections caused by the drying process.
Production times vary from 15 to 18 working days. For large items or orders the wait can be 20-30 working days.
The wait is conditioned by the resin installation times, the assembly phase and the influx of requests.
The package is shipped via SDA courier. From the time of shipment it takes approximately 1-2 working days depending on the delivery area.
