SHIPPING AND RETURNS

The policy provides a maximum of 10 days for returns. If more than 10 days have passed since the delivery date, we cannot offer you any exchange.

Items will only be exchanged in the event of visible damage, defect or error.

The shipping cost of returns is borne by the buyer.

Since these are personalized items, there are no REFUNDS.

SHIPPING : The package is shipped via SDA courier. Once the package is shipped it takes 1-2 working days depending on the delivery area.

TIMES: Production times vary from 15 to 18 WORKING days.

For large items such as lamps, memories in resin the wait can be prolonged.

The wait is conditioned by the resin installation times, the assembly phase and the influx of requests.
